Dear Hunters Way residents,

We now have a website, www.hunterswayapts.com. You can send service requests, get an update on events, and much more! We would like to stop putting flyers on doors. We are aware that some residents do not have access to internet, with that said, if you call we will be happy to bring a newsletter to your home. Please be a good neighbor, be respectful of noise IN and OUTSIDE of your home.

·         KIDS CLUB - We are ready to go forward with the kids club! We think that this is a fun idea, and we will have a signup sheet in the office for the kids to join. What is the kid’s club? It’s a chance for us to do some activities within the community, as well as bring our children together. All planned events will be posted on our website calendar. When signing up in the office, please leave either a phone number or an email address. Any ideas for the club meetings are encouraged.

·         PLAYGROUND - Trash cans have been placed at the playground.  Please encourage the children to use them.  Playgrounds should be a fun and safe place for children, please continue to share with them that yelling, fighting, and foul language are not permitted.

·         TRASH - Please do not leave trash bags, or garbage of any sort, in front or back of your apartment.  Aside from the fact that it’s not nice to look at, it can be dangerous if there are medications, cleaners, etc. and our children get ahold of them.  The garbage cans located at the mail boxes are for junk mail only, not for your household trash. Please use the dumpsters located closest to your home.  If you have furniture or something large that cannot fit in the dumpsters, please contact goodwill to come to your home and it pick up. Mattresses and things of that nature really look tacky at our dumpsters, and are very costly to have picked up.

·         REFER A FRIEND - Tell a friend about our community!! If they decide to lease an apartment, we are offering some great gifts; such as, XBOX, PS3, IPAD, and discount from your rent. The holidays are coming up fast, and these could be some great gifts to help out with your holiday needs.

If anyone has ideas that they would like to share with the office to make our community a better place, let us know.  You are our customers, and it is our priority to make your living experience as stress free as possible.  We now have a clubhouse that can be rented.
